Key Responsibilities:

• Assist scaffold erectors with loading, unloading, and assembling materials
• Transport scaffold components safely around job sites
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow crew leader and supervisor instructions

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious work ethic
• Willingness to learn new skills and advance within the company
• Regional travel readiness (within ~200 miles)

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Spanish/English bilingual skills
• Prior construction, labor, or scaffolding experience
