Job Description

Baer is looking for an SAP OTC Functional Consultant for a 11+ month project located in to Milpitas, CA

Title: SAP OTC Functional Consultant

Location: 30-50% on site in Milpitas, CA (local candidates required). Some travel to Ann Arbor, MI might be required

Duration: 11 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Act as an Implementation Consultant for SAP Order to Cash (OTC) processes
• Partner with business users to assess and optimize the following areas: Sales Order Processing, Order Pricing, Variant Configuration and End-to-End Order Management (from Quotation to Billing)
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Lead testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery
• Provide insight on differences between ECC and S/4HANA OTC capabilities

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP OTC processes
• Proven experience in business process redesign and system implementation
• Strong functional knowledge of both ECC and S/4HANA systems
• Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops and discussions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
• Willingness and ability to travel as required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
