We are currently seeking a Salesforce Admin+Dev to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
"Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Admin Lead to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. The role involves managing a team of Salesforce administrators, ensuring system stability, and driving platform enhancements aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.Leadership & Management
Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and analysts.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
Ensure governance, data integrity, and adherence to best practices across all Salesforce orgs.
2.System Administration & Configuration
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data access settings.
Maintain and enhance workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.
Oversee change management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment processes.
Conduct regular system audits and data quality checks.
3.Integration & Enhancement
Coordinate with technical teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
Evaluate and implement AppExchange solutions where appropriate.
Lead Salesforce updates and ensure compatibility with business processes.
4.Support & Training
Provide guidance and support to end-users across departments.
Create documentation, training materials, and conduct workshops for users.
Serve as the primary escalation point for Salesforce-related issues."
