Job Description

Wag’n Tails is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales team and expanding customer base. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and ready to play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless, “white glove” purchase experience.

You’ll be the go-to person for coordinating all the moving parts of our vehicle sales process—from invoicing and document tracking to assisting franchisees and owner-operators. What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate sales transactions from start to finish: documentation, invoicing, deposits, and customer communication
  • Ensure accurate, timely communication with clients, internal teams, and vendor partners
  • Manage sales-related data entry in Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Answer customer inquiries and support the sales team with timely updates and solutions
  • Generate custom sales reports for leadership
  • Assist with trade show planning and execution
  • Internal lead generation including contacting well qualified established grooming clients, fleet franchise owners, and developing relationships with other brick and mortar establishments.
  • Provide hands-on support as needed to keep the sales engine running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Proactive communicator who thrives on solving problems and taking ownership
  • Eagerness to grow professionally in a fast-moving, high-impact environment
  • Comfortable learning new systems and working with CRMs (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer usage
  • Bilingual is a bonus, but not required
