Position Overview

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic, hands-on position that requires flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy retail setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist with product inquiries, and provide excellent, friendly customer service. Help customers find what they need and offer recommendations based on their interests.
• Sales: Operate the register and assist with sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stocking & Organization: Restock shelves, organize the sales floor, and maintain an organized and clean shopping environment.
• Online Orders: Pick and pack online orders for shipping.
• Inventory Management: Process new inventory and assist with stock organization in the backroom.
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean, presentable, and organized at all times.
• Phone Support: Answer customer inquiries over the phone and assist with product questions or store information.
• Team Support: Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both with customers and fellow team members.
• A self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently.
• Experience with cash handling and operating a register is a plus.
• Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
• A love for sports and an interest in our products is a big plus!

Job Details:

• Hours: Flexible, but a minimum of 20 hours per week is required.
• Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Starting at $16.60/hour
