我们目前在为北京的一所国际学校招聘一位国际中小学融合部主任，这个岗位的开始时间为2025年8月。 岗位职责 负责国际双语学校初中和小学学部教学管理和升学计划； 负责MYP PYP与国家课程体系融合，大力提升小学部和初中部教学成绩，及时跟进教学活动，衔接高中课程。 负责维护家校关系，提升学生、家长满意度； 完成领导安排的其他工作。 任职要求 教育或相关专业，硕士及以上学历； 具有知名国际或双语学校任职经历； 至少5年中小学学教学经验，3年或以上国际或双语学校中小学阶段管理工作经验； 熟悉中西方课程设置及中西方学生培养目标和培养模式； 有着高度的责任心和敬业精神；流利的中英文表达和沟通能力（口语和书面）；较强领导力、组织计划和执行力；热爱教育行业，熟悉教育行业及国际化学校发展趋势，有国际视野，融合东西文化，对多元文化的深刻理解、具有丰富中外团队管理经验； 薪资福利： 月薪：税前2.5-3w带薪寒暑假年终奖Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the teaching management and promotion plan of the primary and junior high school section of the international bilingual school;Responsible for the integration of PYP and MYP and the national curriculum system, vigorously improve the teaching performance of the primary and junior high school department, timely follow-up teaching activities, articulation of primary and junior high school curriculum.Responsible for maintaining home-school relationship and improving students' and parents' satisfaction;Complete other work arranged by the leadership.RequirementsEducation or related majors, master degree or above;Experience in well-known international or bilingual schools;At least 5 years of teaching experience in secondary school, 3 or more years of management experience in primary and junior high school level in international or bilingual schools;Familiar with the Chinese and Western curriculum and the objectives and mode of cultivation of Chinese and Western students;Have a high sense of responsibility and dedication;Fluent expression and communication skills (oral and written) in English and Chinese;Strong leadership, organizational planning and execution;Love the education industry, familiar with the education industry and the development trend of internationalized schools, international vision, integration of Eastern and Western cultures, deep understanding of multiculturalism, rich experience in Chinese and foreign team management;Salary and benefits:Monthly salary: 2.5-3w before taxPaid summer and winter vacationsYear-end bonus]]>
