• Lead daily operations to ensure smooth service and a top-tier guest experience.
• Manage front-of-house shifts, team performance, and food & beverage quality.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members with a focus on excellence and accountability.
• Drive sales, profitability, and marketing initiatives—including banquet sales.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold company standards and policies.

👀 What We’re Looking For:

• 1–4 years of restaurant management experience , ideally in high-volume casual or fine dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Aloha, OpenTable, Excel, Word, and timekeeping software.
• Passionate about hospitality, guest satisfaction, and team development.
• Flexible availability and fluent in English.
