Light Horse Therapeutics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Contract Research Operations Associate to support our compound and assay operations for a minimum of 6 months. This part-time role (up to 20 hours per week) is ideal for candidates with a background in biotech or lab operations who thrive in a dynamic start-up environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for plating compounds for biological assays, handling domestic and international shipments, importing assay results into our internal database, and maintaining compound inventory. This position is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of our experimental workflows and requires a high level of ownership, precision, and efficiency.
