Job Description

Essential Skills + Must have experience supporting an NGA contract performing feature data extraction. + BS degree in Geography, GIS, or related field with multiple GIS courses or equivalent GIS experience. + Basic skillsets in imagery analysis, feature data extraction from satellite imagery, and digital mapping. + Proven resource on Janus program. + TDS, MGCP, MUVD, Conflation Must be U.S. citizens - Preferred candidates will have previous experience directly supporting the Janus Geography contract performing feature data extraction for other companies - BS degree in Geography, GIS, or related field with multiple GIS courses or equivalent GIS experience - This is a remote position and team members will be required to use their personal computer to access their assigned US Federal computer. - Employees will be sitting in front of a computer looking at imagery and collecting topographic features such as roads, rivers, buildings, etc. - Employees will be required to complete tasks within estimated hours and meet quality standards Work Environment 100% fully remote- currently funded through the end of 2025 but the contract goes through 2026. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
