Job Description

A leading provider in the building materials and infrastructure solutions industry is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing and production facilities within a designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance processes, and leading a team of maintenance professionals to support operational excellence.

• Lead and manage maintenance teams across multiple sites to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Monitor and improve equipment uptime and reliability metrics.
• Collaborate with plant managers and regional leadership to align maintenance strategies with production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support training and development of maintenance personnel.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.

• Experience in precast concrete, construction materials, or heavy manufacturing industries.
• Certification in maintenance or reliability (e.g., CMRP, PMP).
• Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory compliance standards.
