Job Description

Regional Financial Analyst – Role Overview

This position is responsible for producing financial performance reports, conducting budget variance analyses, and supporting leadership with tools for forecasting and data evaluation at the regional level. The individual will play a key role in enabling effective financial oversight through custom reporting, modeling, and strategic analysis, all while supporting an inclusive and respectful workplace culture that values diversity.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial or accounting roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
  • Previous experience in operations-based financial analysis is highly desirable.

Core Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to read and interpret financial documents and understand cash flow processes.
  • Proficient with spreadsheet tools and databases; Excel expertise is particularly important.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to apply financial analysis methodologies.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and experience using relational databases is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Capable of working independently and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Analytical thinker with a structured approach to decision-making and deadline adherence.
