Recruiter:

Our client is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid position is ideal for a driven recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality talent across the organization. The role requires local residency, as occasional on-site presence is expected.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. You will support recruitment efforts for healthcare IT positions, including Epic roles, and will play a critical role in executing both administrative and strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, with a focus on IT healthcare positions
  • Collaborate with school programs and lead participation in job fairs and community outreach initiatives
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up and communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Oversee offer process and coordinate onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws
  • Contribute to process improvement and support projects that drive efficiency and enhance candidate experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with specific expertise in healthcare IT and familiarity with Epic roles
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Experience working with schools and organizing job fairs or similar outreach initiatives
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to problem solve independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Current California driver’s license and valid auto insurance
  • Strong technical acumen and knowledge of employment-related regulations

Work Environment:

  • This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to be based locally, with flexibility to attend on-site meetings and events as needed.
