Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2+ years of experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for manufacturing and production roles. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, understands the unique challenges of hiring in a manufacturing environment, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
Duties/Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume manufacturing roles.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and pre-employment requirements.
Track and report recruitment metrics and progress using ATS.
Support onboarding and pre-employment processes as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
Full cycle of recruiting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or high-volume environment.
Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Able to adjust quickly to changing hiring needs and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, production, or high-volume hiring environment.
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus.
