About the Role:

LHH is looking for an experienced and strategic Recruiter to join our client's team in Torrance, CA . This is a contract-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone with a strong background in in-house recruiting who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to build strong candidate pipelines
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Track and report on recruiting metrics and hiring trends
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience (corporate or enterprise-level preferred)
• Proven success managing multiple requisitions across various departments
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS systems (Clear Company) is a plus
• Knowledge of California employment laws and hiring practices preferred
