We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the recruitment process. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) JazzHR
• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions
• Support employer branding efforts and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) JazzHR and recruiting tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or in a similar talent acquisition role a plus but not required
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
