- Atender o cliente seguindo a RDC786;
- Emissões de notas fiscais ao cliente na recepção;
- Manter o ambiente organizado;
- Corrigir pedidos do sistema com os pedidos médicos;
- Corrigir os mapas locais e dos laboratórios de apoio com o sistema uniware;
- Realizar a entrega e impressão de resultados ao cliente;
- Preencher o sistema SISCAN com resultados dos exames preventivos;
- Sanar dúvidas dos pacientes, orientar para os procedimentos que irão ser realizados;
- Realizar o fechamento do caixa final do dia;
- Impressão e conferência de mapas de trabalho;
- Realizar orçamento presencial;
- Realizar a coleta dos materiais biológicos;
- Organizar as salas de coletas;
- Manter os registros de rastreabilidade de insumos;
- Monitorar as filas de coleta a fim de garantir a priorização dos pacientes;
- Verificar as orientações preconizadas para a coleta dos exames para atualização constante das mesmas;
- Auxiliar nas notificações do COVID-19 quando necessário.
