Job Title: Radio Technician / Field Service Representative (FSR)

Overview:

Take2 is seeking an experienced and cleared Field Service Representative (FSR) to provide comprehensive subject matter expert (SME) technical support. The FSR will serve as an in-house SME on L3Harris Communications Systems products and systems , coordinating, supporting, and executing technical activities in direct support of SOCOM end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Instruction:

• Deliver operational training on various radio systems, including but not limited to:
• AN/PRC-152A, AN/PRC-117G, AN/PRC-163, AN/PRC-167, AN/PRC-160, AN/PRC-161, KOR-24A, KIV-700A.
• Assist in the development of:
• Programs of Instruction (POI)
• Course curricula

System Architecture & Tactical Support:

• Support the development of tactical systems architectures across:
• Ground, air, maritime, and dismounted platforms
• Facilitate and support:
• Common Operational Picture (COP)
• Service extension, SIE/SIPR connections
• NetOps, PLI/BFT/SA, ISR
• Voice/data comms
• Line-of-Sight and SATCOM systems

Standard Operating Procedures & Use Cases:

• Contribute to the creation of:
• C4 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• New CONOPs and mission use cases enabled by advanced L3Harris capabilities

Advanced System Integration Support:

Provide integration support during government testing and certification, including:

• System architecture analysis
• Bug validation
• Software release testing and installation procedures
• Hub and terminal escalation support
• Technology refresh recommendations
• Satellite link budget analyses
• Map generation and transmission planning

Maintenance & Technical Support:

• Support basic maintenance tasks:
• Software and firmware upgrades
• COMSEC initialization
• HUB replacement
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance

Operational & Program Support:

• Support SOCOM tactical training events such as Unit Level Training (ULT) and troop work-up phases
• Participate in monthly conference calls with fellow FSRs
• Submit weekly status reports
• Escalate technical or program concerns to the Sales Account Manager and FSR Program Manager
• Actively contribute as a team player within the USSOCOM Program Team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate’s technical degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of relevant experience with military and tactical radio communications
• Proven ability to:
• Organize, train, advise, and supervise communications systems installation and operation
• Maintain tactical and operational communications (SATCOM, HF, VHF, UHF, MANET)
• Supervise and assess special operations communications personnel
• Plan and assist in communications training and execution

Security Clearance:

Top Secret (Must be active at time of application)
