Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager in the Antelope Valley/Lancaster, CA area. We're currently looking for a strong leader to manage a 272-unit market-rate apartment community which also includes 50 BOND Program Units.

Here's a quick overview of what we're looking for:

About the Role:
Oversee a 250+ unit residential property
Lead a team of 5-7 onsite staff
This is not an onsite/live-in position
Build relationships with residents and support a culture of excellence
Collaborate closely with the maintenance and leasing teams

What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience managing larger multifamily communities (250+ units)
Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage onsite teams
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office
Working knowledge of CA landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations
A hands-on, team-oriented approach to property management

Compensation & Benefits:
$38-$41/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Additional earning potential through leasing and renewal commissions
Mileage reimbursement included
