• Property management experience, including rent collections and lease contract handling
• Skills in addressing maintenance issues and coordinating with vendors and contractors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct property inspections and ensure tenant satisfaction
• Proficiency in maintaining property records and related administrative tasks
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
