The Project Manager will plan, lead, and coordinate all activities for multiple projects across the CONUS, ensuring delivery that meets scope, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction and MEP systems (particularly HVAC/HVAC controls), capable of managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets while serving as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and updates, ensuring alignment with contract milestones.
  • Coordinate pre-construction planning, estimating, and design-to-construction handoff.
  • Identify risks early and provide proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Project Execution & Oversight

  • Lead and coordinate all construction meetings with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Oversee subcontractor and employee performance for compliance with scope, budget, schedule, and safety standards.
  • Ensure construction administration processes, submittals, RFIs, and documentation are executed accurately and on time.
  • Manage project expenditures, cost tracking, approvals, and reporting.
  • Execute project closeout activities including final paperwork, walkthroughs, and turnover.

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure team success.
  • Foster collaboration across disciplines to achieve project goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in construction project management or related field.
  • Experience managing MEP-focused projects (HVAC and/or HVAC controls preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience/certifications.
  • Strong working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction technology, and design/document coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel (approx. 15%).
  • Active or obtainable security clearance preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (or equivalent project management expertise).
  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
  • Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal contracting processes.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Opportunity to lead high-impact projects across diverse markets.
  • Commitment to professional development, mentorship, and career growth, including certification support (PMP, LEED, etc.).
  • Exposure to cutting-edge construction technologies and modern project delivery methods.
  • Stability through long-term client partnerships and repeat work.
  • A collaborative culture built on excellence, accountability, safety, and innovation.
