Project Manager – Commercial Drywall & Framing
About Us
HD Build is a fast-growing subcontractor specializing in drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, and wall coverings. Based in Utah, we work on high-profile projects
including churches, schools, and large commercial buildings. We are looking for a motivated
Project Manager to join our team and manage commercial construction projects under the
guidance of our Senior Project Manager.
What You’ll Do
• Manage assigned projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Track budgets and ensure project profitability
• Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and field crews
• Report progress and issues to the Senior Project Manager
• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to HD Build quality standards
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial construction with direct
experience in drywall, metal stud framing, insulation, acoustical ceilings, or painting/wall
coverings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Proficiency with construction software such as Buildertrend, Procore, Bluebeam, or
PlanGrid
• Comfortable with everyday computer programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Docs,
and Google Sheets
• Problem solver with leadership mindset
• Spanish language skills are a plus
