Working at Foresight
Foresight is a Florida-based construction management firm with locations in Gainesville, Tampa, and Jacksonville. Since 2008, we’ve grown into one of the fastest-growing firms in the region, leading complex, high-impact projects across the Southeast and the Caribbean. We specialize in government, education, healthcare, industrial, institutional, and commercial work. Our teams are known for delivering with consistency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to operational excellence, earning trust and building long-term relationships.
We’ve also been named one of Florida’s Top 100 Places to Work and recognized by Inc. as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies because we invest in our people just as much as our projects.
At Foresight, we don’t just build projects — we build careers. That starts with a strong onboarding process, clear expectations, and real opportunities to grow. Whether you’re in the field or the office, you’ll be part of a team that values accountability, problem-solving, and follow-through.
Our name reflects how we operate: we plan ahead. We stay proactive, communicate early and often, and do the work up front to set our teams — and our projects — up for success.
Our Core Values guide everything we do:
If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, be part of a strong team, and grow your career — we’d like to meet you. At Foresight, we’re building more than just structures. We’re building something that lasts.
