Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Cochranton, PA (On-Site)

Duration: Full Time

What You'll Do as a Project Coordinator:

• Schedule & coordinate commercial roofing projects in PA and IA.
• Order materials, equipment, dumpsters, and permits.
• Track & manage inventory of tools and supplies (we'll train on logistics if needed).
• Communicate with sales, foremen, vendors, and customers to keep operations running smoothly.
• Join take-off meetings to review project details.
• Keep project records up to date and report budget changes to customers.
• Handle repair requests: log details, enter data, and send reports for invoicing.

• Experienced: 2+ years in project coordination, inventory management, construction, or commercial roofing; inventory management experience preferred.
• Team Player: Works collaboratively, communicates effectively, and stays open to feedback.
• Problem-solver: Tackles challenges with initiative and resourcefulness.
• Organized: Manages schedules, materials, and details with precision.
• Dependable: Reliable, professional, and driven to see projects through.
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets, and whiteboards; CRM experience is a plus.
• Active: Able to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
