Summary:

Position Overview:

A production supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the production floor, including staff, scheduling, quality control, safety compliance, and ensuring production targets are met. This is done by efficiently coordinating production processes and resolving any issues that arise, while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to safety regulations; essentially acting as a leader on the production line, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

. Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly, Perform equipment repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting issues with equipment .
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct safety inspections, identify and address potential hazards.
  • Perform verification of production output according to specifications to ensure the highest level of quality material is produced.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of maintenance and production experience.
  • Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment
  • Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Office and WMS
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended period of time
