A growing manufacturing facility in the Springdale, PA area is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a strong team, and ensure consistent quality and safety standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities on 2nd shift
• Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Monitor schedules, workflows, and output to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that encourage innovation and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and quality requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Strong knowledge of safety practices, production processes, and quality standards
• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage employees in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule and adjust to business needs
