How You Contribute to The Team
The Production Machine Operator is responsible for various tasks in the manufacturing of garage door springs. Production Machine Operator opportunities are available in our spring commercial, conveyor, winding, coning, and stenciling departments.
What You Need to Succeed
Team members are paid weekly . The target hourly pay range is $18.00 - $21.00 depending on qualifications, experience, education, and other factors. A shift premium may be available depending upon shift and location. Our competitive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, short-term/long-term disability insurance plans, 401(k) with employer match, tuition assistance, paid time off and paid holidays.
