Job Description

Loeffler Randall is seeking a Product Development & Production Assistant to work with the Product Development and Production teams in-person in our SoHo office. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in Product Development and Production and the skill set to coordinate, produce, and execute strategies across a number of channels and partners. This role requires an organized, self-motivated individual who has impeccable attention to detail, relationship building skills, and an acute understanding of Loeffler Randall’s brand.

• Create and update seasonal files - material composite, production upload, BOMs
• Unpack samples and materials that are received daily
• Prepare domestic and international packages
• Manage bulk materials from start to finish - communicate with material vendors and factories Organize and maintain seasonal development and production binders
• Make updates in NetSuite as needed
• Update invoice log weekly and process invoices
• Maintain organization of shared team closets
• Assist in PD related tasks as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and adhere to deadlines across departments Strong, independent work ethic based on desire to exceed expectations in a fast- paced environment

• Ability to work in Excel, Word, Adobe Experience in NetSuite a plus

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Product Development or related field

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience in Product Development and/or Production
