Immediate Opening – Preconstruction Office Engineer  Location: Albany, NY | Division: Contract Management  This role supports the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) in advertising, bidding, and awarding public construction contracts.   Join LiRo-Hill! Manage advertisement and bid process; audit bids for compliance. Coordinate pre-award contract administration and submissions to the Office of the State Comptroller . Oversee procurement, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met. Qualifications ~5+ years’ construction experience on projects over $1M. ~ Knowledge of RFI tracking, contract review, scheduling, and payment processing. ~ Experience in construction procurement (public sector preferred). ~ Proficient in MS Office; ~ OSHA 10 required. ~ Strong communication skills; attention to detail.
