About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join an occupational health team focused on delivering high-quality care to patients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a brand-new facility in Modesto or at an established location in Ceres. You’ll play a key role in supporting workforce health through clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient exams and compile medical data
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., X-rays, EKGs, labs)
• Perform therapeutic procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations
• Develop and implement patient management plans and ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on treatment regimens and health maintenance
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate on policy development and educational programs
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold organizational values
• Adapt to changing schedules and business needs
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related health field
• Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
• Board certification and state licensure
• DEA and FMCSA NRCME certification (CME provided if needed)
• At least one year of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings preferred
• Procedural proficiency (e.g., suturing, foreign body removal) preferred
