Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PEGA Smart Dispute Developer with a strong background in the banking domain , specifically in credit cards, payments, and dispute management systems . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the PEGA Smart Dispute (SD) module , strong technical and functional knowledge, and hands-on development experience to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using the PEGA Smart Dispute module .
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in credit card and payments systems, with a focus on dispute management processes.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of IT experience , with strong development expertise in PEGA Smart Dispute .
• Proven knowledge of banking, credit card, and payments domain .
• Strong understanding of PEGA Smart Dispute module architecture and functionality .
• Experience working in Agile environments with full participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
