Now Hiring: Parts Manager – Automotive Dealership Location: Springfield Dealership: Springfield Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Employment Type: Full-Time Our dealership is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of dealership parts operations, and experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram brands is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department, including inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and obsolescence management
• Manage, train, and motivate parts department staff to achieve departmental goals
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to support service, sales, and wholesale operations
• Work closely with the Service and Sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, OEM standards, and safety procedures
• Analyze sales and inventory reports and implement strategies to improve profitability
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely ordering and receipt of parts

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager in an automotive dealership
• Experience with Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram (CDJR) parts systems, catalogs, and OEM processes strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and dealership DMS software
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Valid driver’s license
