Packaging Engineer – Pharma | Based on site in New Jersey

This is a unique opportunity for a Packaging Engineer to join a close-knit team at a growing pharma business based in New Jersey. We have supported the growth of this team from the ground up, with this role being the 3rd addition!

What You’ll Do

• Lead or support packaging and labelling design projects, from concept to compliance.
• Use CAD and design tools to develop pharmaceutical packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets all regulatory and material requirements.
• Evaluate specifications, material compatibility, and variation factors to ensure high quality, compliant packaging outcomes.

We’re Looking For Experience In:

• Packaging Engineering or Packaging / Labelling Design (more from a compliance standpoint)
• AutoCAD experience / CAD
• Understanding of pharma packaging compliance standards is a huge plus! but not 100% necessary
