Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Manager and Bookkeeping specialist experienced in Quickbooks Online. The position is based in Paso Robles, CA. This hire will handle tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing accounting records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting overall financial planning. This role also involves utilizing accounting software for accurate record-keeping and performing analytical tasks to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Additional data management responsibilities may be included to support the business.

Qualifications

• Familiarity in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and supporting accurate financial reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Experience with Quickbooks Online and systems relevant to financial management
• Knowledge in Finance and the principles of financial management
• Excellent Communication skills to convey financial information clearly and collaborate effectively with management and outside CPA firm
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience tracking inventory of supplies (and initiating re-orders) a plus
