Pride Health is hiring for an Occupational Therapist to support our client’s medical facility based in Boston, MA . This is a local contract or travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details:

Under the supervision of a Rehabilitation Director or Physician, the Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients’ physical, emotional, and developmental needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Assisting patients in regaining or improving skills needed for daily living and independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Providing patient and family education and support throughout the rehabilitation process
• Maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Skills Required-:

• 2yr+ Outpatient OT experience with UE, hand/elbow/wrist experience
• Large hand/wrist/elbow population.
• Ability to fit and fabricate splints needed.

Certifications Required:

• OT Licensed through MA Board of Allied Health
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Additional Information:

• Location: Boston, MA
• Job Type: 13 weeks- local contract or travel contract
• Schedule: 40hr Days, M/W 8-430 and T/Th 930 – 6 / F: 7-330 No Weekends, No Holidays
• Pay Range/Salary Range: $2012/wk to $2212/wk
