Nurse Educator – Acute Care | Full Time | Everett, WA

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate education programs that enhance nursing practice and clinical performance
• Serve as a mentor, consultant, and change agent to support nurses' ongoing professional growth
• Lead orientation, competency training, and continuing education using adult learning principles
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based care and quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and Master’s in Nursing (or enrolled with completion in 18 months)
• Active Washington RN license and BLS certification through AHA
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in acute care or relevant specialty area
• Experience developing and delivering adult education or staff training programs

Preferred Qualifications

• National certification in nursing specialty
• Experience as a formal educator or clinical preceptor
• Leadership experience in staff development or quality improvement
• Familiarity with simulation training and high-fidelity learning tools
