Job Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Manager oversees daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of products. This role is responsible for managing staff, optimizing workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday 6pm-4:30am

Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment supporting a 4PL (Fourth-Party Logistics) provider. This role is responsible for leading a team, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage daily operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of all logistics and fulfillment activities.

· Provide strong leadership to motivate, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

· Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

· Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment with 4PL operational goals and client expectations.

· Oversee staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business demands.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

· Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain productivity and service quality.

· Support data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking to drive performance insights and decision-making.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

· 3–5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a logistics, distribution, or supply chain environment.

· Experience working in or managing a sorting facility is highly beneficial.

· Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

· Demonstrated success implementing process improvements and achieving performance goals.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic 4PL environment and adapt to changing priorities.
