Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on and manage complex domestic trusts and estates planning for high-net-worth individuals and families

• Collaborate with clients and advisors on international estate planning matters

• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related tax planning documents

• Coordinate with partners on cross-border structuring and tax compliance issues

• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide proactive legal guidance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in domestic trusts and estates planning; international experience a plus

• LL.M. in Taxation required

• Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to waive in)

• Strong academic background; major law firm experience preferred

• Excellent analytical, drafting, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize in a client-facing environment
