  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and leadership to forecast materials needs and mitigate disruptions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a materials management or logistics supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with MRP/ERP systems, production planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong background working with LEAN and Kanban practices in a hands-on production setting.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive results through others.
  • Adept at vendor negotiations, procurement planning, and supplier relationship management.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ability to pivot quickly in a changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with 10% annual bonus potential
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays
  • Supportive leadership and growth opportunities in a high-performance environment
