This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and inventory, while helping to lead a world-class production environment. With strong backing from executive leadership and a commitment to lean manufacturing, this is a highly visible position with significant impact on business success and future growth.

If you’re passionate about driving improvements in materials flow, sourcing, logistics, and inventory management - and thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment - this could be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reduce costs and improve procurement efficiencies through data-driven purchasing strategies.
  • Champion LEAN principles across inventory control, procurement, shipping, and receiving functions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, operations, and leadership to forecast materials needs and mitigate disruptions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in a materials management or logistics supervisory role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with MRP/ERP systems, production planning, and inventory management.
  • Strong background working with LEAN and Kanban practices in a hands-on production setting.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to drive results through others.
  • Adept at vendor negotiations, procurement planning, and supplier relationship management.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and ability to pivot quickly in a changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with 10% annual bonus potential
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and holidays
  • Supportive leadership and growth opportunities in a high-performance environment

Why Apply?

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, manufacturing setting and wants to play a critical part in scaling a highly respected operation.
