Job Description
As a Marketing Brand Ambassador at Honda of Frontenac, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the public image of our dealership. You will be the voice and face of our brand, responsible for engaging with the local community and creating a positive and memorable presence both online and offline. This dynamic position requires creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for promoting the values and offerings of Honda of Frontenac to a broad audience in the St. Louis, MO area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Social media branding of the dealership by creating and posting content to social media daily: You will manage and grow our social media presence by developing engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content that highlights our vehicles, special promotions, community involvement, and the overall Honda experience. Consistent daily postings and interactions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter will be key to increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate partnerships with local businesses and charitable organizations: You will identify and build relationships with businesses and community organizations in the St. Louis area to create meaningful partnerships. This includes organizing joint events, sponsorships, and initiatives that align with Honda of Frontenac’s values and corporate social responsibility goals, helping to positively impact the community while enhancing our brand reputation.
- Attend local events to promote the company and its brand: Represent Honda of Frontenac at various community gatherings, trade shows, festivals, and automotive events. Your role will be to network, distribute marketing materials, and engage attendees in conversations that help raise awareness about our dealership’s offerings and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews: Keeping track of customer feedback on Google and other review platforms is essential. You will proactively respond to reviews—both positive and negative—in a professional and timely manner, addressing any concerns and thanking customers for their support. This helps to build trust and demonstrate our dedication to excellent service.
- Produce in-house commercials for dealership deals: You will collaborate with the marketing team to script, film, and edit promotional videos and commercials that highlight current sales, special offers, and new vehicle features. These videos will be used across multiple channels, including social media and our website, to attract and inform potential customers.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Comfortable engaging with the public at events and in person
- Basic video production and editing skills preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
