In this role, you’ll directly influence safety behaviors, ensure legal compliance, and drive continuous improvement in environmental health and safety systems. Location: Based at the Milwaukee, WI plant, with occasional travel to the Illinois and Indiana locations.

Status: Full-time on-site

Competitive salary: $85,000 - $100,000 a year

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading safety improvement efforts and driving initiatives to enhance environmental performance.
  • Conducting and coordinating comprehensive safety training and emergency drills.
  • Maintaining compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and reporting as needed.
  • Coordinating external audits and inspections, ensuring all findings are addressed.
  • Developing and reviewing safety procedures and risk assessments.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex safety protocols in an understandable way.
  • Experience in managing EHS programs across multiple sites.
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance and incident investigation.
  • Must be able to implement and enforce compliance.
  • Proficient in developing safety documentation and risk assessments.
  • OSHA experience. Certification preferred.
