Pride Health is hiring a Mammography Technologist I to support our client’s medical facility based in New Berlin, WI. This is a 13-week contract job opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

-Performs mammographic exams.

-Responsible for identifying and resolving issues related to images, equipment, and quality control.

-Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with medical/clinical staff, students, and patients.

-Performs Breast Imaging-related exams according to medical/department standards and department protocol.

-This imaging is performed to obtain diagnostic quality examinations within proper radiation safety and OSHA guidelines.

-Exams are performed efficiently with a minimum of delay between patients following established protocols.

-Expected to consistently meet the schedule and quality requirements for all exams.

-Operates mammography department equipment according to protocols as defined by the manufacturer, hospital/clinic, or other recognized authority.

-Recognizes and reports equipment malfunctions or other technical issues to appropriate resources.

-Prepares the exam room prior to the next patient's arrival, in a manner that promotes an increase in department efficiency.

-Prepares patient for exam by providing a clear explanation of the procedure and answering patients' questions.

Required Skills & Experience:

ARRT registered IN Radiologic Technology (RTR) and a current State of Wisconsin license as a Radiographer are required. Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-M is required within 12 months of hire.

American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.

Additional Information:

Location: New Berlin, WI

Schedule: M-W 8a-430p. Saturday rotation, one Saturday E/O month 8a-1p

Pay Range: $58/Hr. - $64/Hr.

Start:10/27/2025
