JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accept and schedule work orders with residents.
• Complete property checklists to ensure properties are rent ready.
• Complete property inspections and identify deferred maintenance and/or lease violations.
• Troubleshoot and repair identified issues.
• Repair drywall, re-key locks, and complete interior painting.
• Complete light electrical and plumbing work.
• Coordinate turnovers with property manager
• Document your work in writing and with before/after photos.
• Work independently

MINIMUMS REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 year+ of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems.
• Experience with appliance repair.
• Experience documenting work with photos and written reports.
• Must have reliable vehicle that you can use for work
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
• Must be able to passing a background check and drug screening.
• Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable on ladders at heights of 20 feet.
• Periodically on-call.
