Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance operations of a modern, high-performance manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset to drive uptime and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and execute short- and long-term maintenance strategies to optimize plant performance.
• Establish and enforce safety goals and standards for the maintenance team.
• Implement best-in-class maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise and audit maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Must have Corrugated Packaging experience
• Associate degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety, accountability, and team development.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets and maintenance planning.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
