Logistics Coordinator

Location: Fort Mill, SC

Pay: $18.00-22.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator in Fort Mill, SC. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our shipping and receiving operations run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do As A Logistics Coordinator:

• Create, modify, and close pick tickets
• Use Shipping Solutions software to manage shipments
• Oversee international shipments and ensure compliance with DOT, HAZMAT, and other regulatory requirements
• Process daily departmental reports
• Conduct inventory reviews and perform cycle counts
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and update written procedures
• Audit freight invoices and approve them for payment
• Support other logistics tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Logistics Manager

What We’re Looking For In A Logistics Coordinator:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, external customers, and plant personnel
• Solid oral and written communication skills

Experience Required:

• Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving - specifically auditing , reporting , heavy data entry for shipping department. Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems.
• International shipping is a plus
