Harris, Finley & Bogle, P.C. is a professional law firm that practices civil law across the country from our offices in Fort Worth and Weatherford, TX. Our team consists of more than 40 attorneys with comprehensive knowledge in a broad range of areas.
The Legal Assistant in our Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas section will support 2-3 attorneys with various administrative duties to allow the attorneys to prioritize their time attending to excellent client service.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
Experience/Skills (Required):
Familiarity with law, legal procedures, protocols, and county clerk system. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work with varying personalities and interact well with all personnel.
Preferred experience with Adobe Acrobat, iManage (document management) software, experience with time entry software (Juris) and Word Perfect a plus.
High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate is required. Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree is preferred. Experience as a Legal Assistant AND in the Banking and Finance and Real Estate industry is preferred. Must speak, read, and write English.

Job Type : Full-time
Schedule : 7.5-hour days. Must be able to work a standard 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday to Friday. There will be times when it will be required to work overtime
