Job Summary:

Frisella Nursery, an award-winning landscape construction company with over 60 years of excellence, is seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Foreman to lead high-quality landscape installation projects. This leadership role is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, coordinating equipment usage, and ensuring that all assigned projects are executed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily on-site operations, including supervision of landscape crews and coordination of tasks
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
• Maintain project documentation, including crew hours and job site records
• Oversee the care and maintenance of assigned trucks, construction trailers, and equipment (e.g., skid steers)
• Interpret and execute landscape construction plans, including patios, retaining walls, plantings, and drainage systems
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to ensure project goals are met
• Uphold safety protocols and company values on every job site

Qualifications:

• Valid Class E driver’s license (CDL preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in landscape construction or related field
• Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills
• Proficient in reading and executing detailed landscape construction plans
• Skilled in operating skid steers and other landscape machinery
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use smartphones and apps for daily job tracking
• Strong organizational and forward-thinking abilities to plan for short- and long-term project needs

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting wage: $25/hour, based on experience
