Laboratory Technician

Cleveland, OH

$20.50 – $24 per hour

We’re hiring a Laboratory Technician for a growing manufacturer in the Cleveland area. This is a long-term opportunity ideal for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related science field who’s looking to get real-world lab experience in a clean, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform basic lab testing on personal care and hygiene products
• Prepare and test samples for things like pH, viscosity, density, and other product specifications
• Operate lab equipment including titration tools (manual and automated), FTIR, HPLC, GC, and others
• Record results accurately and follow standard operating procedures
• Assist with sample testing for the research & development team
• Use LIMS software for documentation and tracking
• Occasionally collect samples from production areas

What You Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or similar
• OR an Associate’s degree with 1–2 years of lab experience
• Familiarity with lab tools and equipment (e.g., pH meters, viscometers, titrators)
• Great attention to detail and ability to follow instructions in a regulated environment
