Magnolia Grove Design & Cabinetry is seeking a talented Design Sales Professional to join our growing Wilmington team.

The Role

As a Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Professional, you will manage projects from first consultation through installation. You will work closely with homeowners, builders, and interior designers to create beautiful, functional kitchens and baths that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys owning their projects, building long-term relationships, and balancing creativity with sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert leads using HubSpot CRM
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and design partners
  • Create kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design
  • Measure job sites and interpret plans and blueprints
  • Specify cabinetry, materials, and finishes
  • Prepare and present professional design presentations using 2020 and Canva
  • Coordinate projects and timelines with vendors and subcontractors
  • Achieve annual sales goals and participate in ongoing education
  • Network within the Wilmington design and building community

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen and bath design experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in 2020 Design (or similar), Microsoft Office, Canva
  • Ability to measure accurately and read blueprints
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
