About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for web development? Strategic Partners & Media is looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our team and support a variety of exciting digital projects. This role blends front-end development, website maintenance, and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone who is eager to grow their skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you’ll work closely with designers, developers, and strategists to build and maintain websites, enhance user experiences, and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Build and maintain responsive websites using HTML, CSS, Wordpress, and JavaScript.
  • Assist with front-end development and implement new features across web platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs and technical issues.
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and accessibility.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and a seamless user experience.

Collaboration & Project Support

  • Work closely with senior developers and designers to deliver high-quality web solutions.
  • Assist in building landing pages and updating website content based on client needs.
  • Support the team in testing and debugging websites before launch.
  • Collaborate on website migrations and platform updates.

Technical Learning & Innovation

  • Stay updated on emerging web technologies and best practices.
  • Explore new tools and frameworks to improve development workflows.
  • Engage in code reviews and continuously improve your coding skills.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented code for ongoing development.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in web development or related technical fields.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AWS, Endeavor, and WordPress.
  • Basic experience with CMS platforms, Hugo, and Node.js(TypeScript is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Docker, CircleCI, and or basic PHP is preferred but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering clean, optimized code.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
