Job Description

Blue River Electric is looking for a full time Journeyman Electrician. 
Our Standard work hours are M-Th 7am to 5pm. Most Fridays off, OT if approved. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain wiring, control and lighting systems.
• Inspect electrical components such as transformers and circuit breakers.
• Identify electrical problems using a variety of testing devicies.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using handtools and power tools.
• Read technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Follow Electrical Code and local building regulations.
• Maintain good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems as well as various testing equipment.

Blue River Electric is an independently owned electrical contracting company based in Seward, NE, who provides installation of new electrical components and maintains and repairs existing electrical infrastructure in Seward and in the surrounding areas, including in Lincoln, NE.
